'A new Heron' - our vision

New Heron
As we move into our 50th year of operation we have got an exciting project planned at Ardroy.

However, in order for us to make this happen, we need to raise £650,000 and we want to give our friends and supporters the opportunity to help us to secure this funding to enable us to continue to provide learning in the outdoors to future generations.



This ambitious new building will replace our tired Heron Block accommodation, and offer:

Flexible accommodation of 42 beds in a mixture of dormitories and family units
  • Disabled access accommodation
  • Four en-suite rooms
  • Four review rooms
  • Visiting staff lounge

With a price tag of around £650,000, this is Ardroy's most ambitious project to date, but it is one that we deem essential to our ability to provide an excellent residential experience
